Although we ask customers about their needs, we know we may have missed asking an important question. You can now suggest a question that you think should be included on our customer request forms, and your feedback will go directly to our Category Management team who works on improving the request forms.
If you'd like to suggest a question, here's how:
1. Click on an open request from your Request section of your dashboard and scroll to the bottom of the page.
2. Select Suggest a question written in blue at the bottom right.
