Displaying a current license on your profile is a great way to let customers know you are keeping up-to-date in your field. If you have received an email asking you to update your license, you can follow the steps below to update it.
- Log into your StarOfService account.
- Click Edit to the right of profile name and image (middle of page).
- Click Verifications on the left side of the page
- Update your license information and complete any requested information.
Once you update your license, our licensing verification team checks your details with the relevant licensing authority.
Just so you know, it can take 7-14 business days to see your updated license on your profile. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. We’re happy to help.
