Deactivating your profile is a decision that belongs entirely to you and we support it now with a new module which enables you to deactivate directly from your account.
Before proceeding to do so, we strongly recommend contacting us via email@example.com and sharing with us your reasons, so we can assist with the right solution for your problem.
More often than not, deactivation is a hasty decision which brings no benefit to your business and we are here to offer viable solutions that will bring you the results expected from our service.
If you decide to proceed with deactivation, here's what you need to do:
- Login to your StarOfService account.
- From your Dashboard click on your top right Avatar and select from the menu Account Settings.
- From here, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Deactivate account.
- You'll be asked to provide a reason and confirm your decision.
We will send you an email with a deactivation confirmation link, which must be clicked within 24h from the moment you requested it. Once the link is clicked, your deactivation is complete.
If at any point you wish to come back, simply login using your old username and password.
