We want to make it easy to contact customers and follow up on your quotes. You can send a follow-up message to the customer by opening up the quote and creating a new message.
From here you can send follow-up messages, include an attachment, review the request information, or ask for contact details.
If a customer didn't already include their phone number in their request, you can also ask the customer for their phone number in a follow-up message. This is a great alternative if you prefer discussing their project over the phone.
Just enter your message in the text box, attach any files and click the blue Answer button. The latest messages sent will show up on top. We'll then notify the customer that you've sent them a message, and they should get back to you soon!
