The Boleto Bancário is one of the payment methods most used in Brazil and with which you can purchase your Credit Package and/or Premium Subscription at StarOfService.
The payment via Boleto Bancário can be made by the order completion flow on our website www.starofservice.com.br. When generating a Boleto Bancário, it can be printed and paid in cash at a bank branch, payment points at stores and lottery agencies. It can also be paid digitally via ATM, Internet Banking or by your bank's mobile application by using the numbers contained in the boleto.
A payment made with Boleto Bancário is usually processed within 2 to 5 business days from the date of payment. That is, there is a time interval between the date of payment and the completion of processing. Only after payment processing, your Credit Package and/or Premium Subscription will be included in your account.
We recommend that the Boleto be paid at the most within 5 days to prevent it from expiring. If the boleto expires, you may either obtain another boleto or use a different payment method to purchase your Premium Subscription / Credit Package.

I paid for my boleto today, but the Premium Subscription/Credit Package has not yet been included in my account. What can I do?
Payments made via Boleto Bancário usually can take from 2 to 5 business days to be fully processed. Confirmation of your payment will be sent when StarOfService receives this information from the bank that received your payment.
For example, if you received your boleto on 01/03/2019 and made your payment on 03/03/2019, your Premium Subscription / Credit Package may be available on your profile between 06 to 10/03/2019. If your purchase is not available in your account in 2 to 5 business days, please contact our support by sending an email to email@example.com informing you the e-mail address of your StarOfService account.
How long does it take to process the boleto payment?
Normally, a payment via Boleto Bancário can take from 2 to 5 business days to be processed.
I changed my mind and would like to purchase the Premium Subscription / Credit Package using another payment method. Can I do this?
Yes. If you have not yet paid for the boleto, you can purchase your premium Subscription /Credit package using a credit card or via PayPal. If you make your purchase by another payment method, simply do not pay for the initial boleto.
I have two boletos for the same purchase; what should I do?
If you have issued two boletos to make the same purchase but have already paid for one of them, you do not need to make a new payment. Access to your Premium subscription / Credits package will be available in a few days.
But if you have not yet paid for any of the boletos, your purchase cannot be confirmed until one of the boletos is paid. After paying for one of the boletos, just ignore the other.

Can I choose the due date for my boleto?
No. After the issue of the Boleto Bancário for your purchase, we recommend that payment be made within 5 business days to prevent the boleto expires. However, if the boleto expires, you can obtain a new boleto or use another form of payment to make your purchase.
Can I pay my bill after the due date?
No. We recommend that the Boleto Bancário be paid within 5 business days to avoid expiration. If the boleto expires, you will need to generate another boleto or use a different payment method to make your purchase.
I did not pay the bill within the due date; Is it still possible to make the payment with another boleto?
Yes. We recommend that the boleto be paid within 5 business days to prevent it from expiring, i.e. that it exceeds the expiration date. However, if it expires, it is possible to obtain a new boleto to make your purchase.
Can I make installments with Boleto Bancário?
No. Only full amounts can be paid via Boleto Bancário.
Do I need to present a proof of payment for my purchase to be added to my account?
No. After the boleto has been paid, it will take 2 to 5 business days for your purchase to be available in your StarOfService account. This is the processing period used by banks and unfortunately cannot be streamlined.
If I submit proof of payment, is it possible for the purchase to be added to my account in advance?
No. Purchase purchased through a boleto is automatically added to your StarOfService account as soon as we receive confirmation of your payment. After the boleto is paid, it takes between 2 to 5 business days for the payment to be confirmed and the purchase is entered into your StarOfService account.
If the boleto has been paid for more than 7 business days and the purchase has not been made available in your StarOfService account, please contact us at email@example.com. Along with your message, please send the proof of payment and the email address of your account.
I paid the boleto for more than 7 business days, but the Premium Subscription / Credit Package is not yet available in my account. What should I do?
If your boleto has been paid for more than 7 business days, but your purchase (Premium Package or Subscription) is not available in your StarOfService account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org by sending the mail from your account and proof of payment.
