How to deactivate or delete an account?

We are very sorry that you have decided to no longer show your profile on our community.

As a reminder, if you do have an active subscription you need to cancel the renewal.

 

If you don't have any subscription active, then deactivating it is very simple:

1. log in to your StarOfService account.

2. Click on your picture or your profile name in the top right corner of the screen.

3. Choose Account Settings in the menu. 

4. Click on the option "Delete my account" at the bottom of the page.

5. Go to your mailbox to click on the deactivation confirmation link that you will receive from us in your inbox.

Some alternatives 

Deleting your account is not the only option available to you. The profile is free, so you can simply cancel your subscription when you don't need to answer to new clients.

Some tips and tricks

1. Before deactivating your account, make sure that you have canceled your subscription.
2. If you deactivate your account, all your information will be deleted as well. If you decide to use StarOfService again in the future, your information, reviews and the number of times you were hired will not be saved.
