We display the most relevant clients to professionals, regardless of their location, to ensure they don't miss out on any potential deals. If a professional feels that a lead is not a good match for their services, they can simply click on "I'm not interested" to remove it from their lead menu. Alternatively, professionals can use the filter option to show only leads within a specific range radius.
Why do you display leads from all locations?
We believe that every client deserves the chance to find the right professional for their needs. By displaying leads from all locations, we help professionals expand their reach and connect with clients they may not have otherwise found. Plus, with the filter option, professionals can easily focus on leads that are within their preferred range radius.
Can I change my preferred location for leads?
Yes! You just need to adjust his travel radius under travel preferences on the service settings
How can I quickly find the leads that are most interesting for my business?
StarOfService provides professionals with powerful multiple-filter options to help them find the leads that best match their skills and preferences. Professionals can sort through leads by
- most recent or least posted
- filter by leads that have a phone number shared by the client.
Additionally, professionals can filter by leads where no pro has sent a quote yet, or by a specific service they offer.
These filters ensure that professionals can easily find the leads that are most relevant to their expertise and availability, ultimately helping them to win more business and grow their client base.
How can I find the most interesting leads?
When a lead appears in your lead menu, you can view basic information about the client, including their location, the type of service they're looking for, and their budget range. Based on this information, you can decide whether the lead is a good match for your business. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular lead, you can always reach out to the client to ask for more information.
What happens if I click "I'm not interested" on a lead?
