Interactions Counting Guidelines Follow
As a StarOfService professional, it's important to understand how interactions are counted. Interactions help us track and measure the level of engagement between professionals and clients. We’ve listed below all the instances when interactions are counted and what does not count as a new interaction.
Interactions Counted from Professionals’side:
- When a professional sees the client’s contacts in the chat, and no previous interactions were counted in that project before.
- When a professional sees the client’s contact details in the chat (from the details on the sidebar), and no previous interactions were counted in that project before.

Interactions Not Counted:
The following actions are not considered interactions:

- When a professional sees the client’s contact after an interaction on the project has already been counted.
- When a professional receives a booking request.
- When a professional receives a booking request from the project.
- When a professional sees the client’s contacts after getting a booking.

- When a client sees the professional's phone number after a booking request.
It is important to know that when a professional reaches the limit of interactions, there are certain restrictions in place. Here's how it works:
- New Clients and Manual Quotes: Once a professional reaches the limit of interactions, the are not recommended to new clients and cannot send any new manual quotes. This limitation ensures that interactions are managed within the set limits.
- Browsing Leads: Even if a professional has reached the interaction limit, they can still browse leads. This allows them to explore potential projects and gather information, until the subscription counters reset next month or until the professional decides to upgrade their plan.
- Sending Messages to Clients: Professionals can continue to send messages to clients on projects where interactions have already been counted. This means that ongoing conversations can be maintained.
- Projects with No Counted Interactions: If a professional was recommended to a client, but no interactions were counted before reaching the plan limits, they will not be able to send messages to those clients until the subscription counters reset next month or until the professional decides to upgrade their plan.
