Navigating the StarOfService Messager Follow
We've designed this feature to allow professionals to seamlessly manage their conversations, notifications, and bookings. With a better understanding of this tool, you can be more engaged and take prompt action when necessary.
Browsing through all your conversations
To browse through your conversations, follow these simple steps:
- Click on the 'Message' icon on the top left corner of your dashboard.
- You'll see a list of all your conversation threads. You can click on any thread to view the conversation.
From here you can click on the 'all conversations' button in order to filter conversations by: - Unread
- Tagged
- Archived
You can also attach files to the conversation by simply clicking on the clip icon
Check what the client is looking for
When you click on the client's conversation, click on the top right button to show client's request
Here you can see what they are looking for as well as their phone number and location.
